Harvest is in full swing as one shuttle grain train waits on the Niles loop while another breezes past on the mainline.

A Heritage I Dash 9 has made its way onto the point of a loaded shuttle grain train on the loop at Niles, waiting for another shuttle train to pass before entering the mainline and heading west.

In the last light of the day, NS 8137 and two cousins lead a load of Bakken oil eastward over a rise between Niles and Churchs Ferry on the recently overhauled Devils Lake route.
